I need TurboTax for corporations and partnerships estates and trust

You will need TurboTax Business version for corporation and partnership returns. You can find it here https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

NOTE: TurboTax Business is a Windows-only software program available as a CD or download. There is no online version. It will only handle your business return, not personal return. So you will still need to use a personal version for your personal 1040 tax return.

You stated that I need TurboTax Business to prepare returns for estates and trusts. Is that the same software as TurboTax Home and Business, which I purchased and downloaded but do not find any way to prepare 1041s necessary  for estates and trusts.

No they are not the same.  Home & Business is for personal 1040 returns that need Schedule C for self employment income.

Turbo Tax Business is a separate program from Home & Business.  TT Business is for 1120 Corporation, 1120S Corp, 1065 Partnership or 1041 Estate/Trust returns. Not for self employed independent contractors.  Any version of Turbo Tax (except the Free Online edition) will handle a 1099Misc and 1099NEC.  You just get more help in the higher versions.
