I imported the PDF from my 2019 taxes and it has misread line 2a (Business Loss) as line 3 (Alimony Received) in the two year summary. Is this a problem? Should I fix it?

The two year summary is just for your own information.  The IRS will never see it.  If your documents are correct and the summary is being created with errors, then TurboTax will appreciate you making them aware of the issue.  When an error is discovered and confirmed by the person at the help desk, they can have an investigation started into resolving the error.  

As part of that investigation, they may be able to request that you be notified when the error is resolved.  No program is perfect and changes to one part of a program can have an unexpected effect on a completely different part of the program.  

I would suggest you contact the TurboTax help desk, explain the problem, perhaps ask if they will look at a diagnostic copy of your return, and either initiate an investigation or try to explain what is happening your data.
