If you are self employed or a sole proprietor or a Single Member LLC (But not an S Corp) you File it on Schedule C in your personal 1040 return. Online Self Employed version is only for personal returns with schedule C.
if you need to file a separate Business return like a 1065 or 1120 you need Turbo Tax Business.
The small business program (TT Business) is for 1120 Corporation, 1120S Corp, 1065 Partnership or 1041 Estate/Trust returns and will not do your personal 1040 return. It is a separate program from the Desktop Home & Business program or the Online Self Employed version.
Turbo Tax Business is not available to do online or on a Mac. You can buy the Window's version here. And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on your computer at the same time.
If you already filed your personal return and need to fill out schedule C you need to amend your personal 1040 return to add it.
If you are a sole proprietor/independent contractor or single member LLC that has not incorporated then your self-employment income and expenses are reported on a Schedule C. The Schedule C is included with and part of your personal tax return, Form 1040.
Schedule C is not a stand-alone business tax return.
If however, you are filing for a Partnership, S Corporation or C Corporation then you cannot use the personal editions of TurboTax to file your business tax return. You would need to use the TurboTax Business Edition. The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online. The Business Edition cannot be used to complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.
Go to this TurboTax website for the Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

You have to sign onto your 2019 online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
