Start with logging out of TurboTax and clearing cache and cookies. When you log back in follow these steps to enter your rental income and expenses in the link below:
Logged off, cleared cache, logged back in, problem still there.
You can try another browser. Don't use Internet Explorer. If other browsers fail, try a different device. The worst case scenario would be clear and start over. See How do I clear and start over?
