How do I enter Business Other Interest Expense on Line 16b of Schedule C in Turbo Tax?

First, click the Business tab and then Profit or Loss from Business.

In the Other Common Business Expenses section, click Interest Payments and then Credit Card, Loan, and Other Interest.

If you are using the Online Self Employed version it does not have a Business tab.

Does it have a Credit Card, Loan, and Other Interest section? 

That would be where it is entered in order to get the figure on Line 16b.
