How do I delete form 3506?

I'm done filling everything out but it keeps taking me back to that form asking for the address.

To delete form 3605, follow these steps (using TurboTax Online):

• Sign into your TurboTax Account
• Click “Take me to my return”
• Click “My Account”
• Select “Tools”
• The next screen will be The “Tools Center”
• Under “Other Helpful Links” choose “Delete a Form” 
• Locate form 3506 and choose “Delete”

Tip:  If this does not resolve your issue, you may also have a Form 2441 (at the Federal level) that needs to be deleted.  Follow the same steps but choose Form 2441 to delete.
