To delete form 3605, follow these steps (using TurboTax Online):

Sign into your TurboTax Account
- Click “Take me to my return”
- Click “My Account”
- Select “Tools”
- The next screen will be The “Tools Center”
- Under “Other Helpful Links” choose “Delete a Form”
- Locate form 3506 and choose “Delete”
Tip: If this does not resolve your issue, you may also have a Form 2441 (at the Federal level) that needs to be deleted. Follow the same steps but choose Form 2441 to delete.
