The line 26 on MI Schedule 1 is calculated based on yours and your spouse's (if applicable) ages.  Return to the federal "My Info" section and edit your personal information.  Delete and re-enter your birthdate and edit your spouse's (if applicable) information and delete and re-enter their birthdate.  Continue to complete the section.  Your MI tax or refund may adjust. You should be able to re-file.
