Form 2106 Line 4 question

I am getting an error. It is asking me to enter Cost on line 4 (Enter the total cost when asset was acquired) I am not understanding what it is wanting me to put. Please help!

You have entered or started to enter an asset in that section ... switch to the FORMS mode and click on the form 2106 to see what needs attention.

It's asking you what you paid for the asset when you acquired ownership of the asset.
