It depends on why the entry is being flagged, but if something is double entered, it would affect your refund.
It would be best to return to your Schedule C and run through the details to make sure nothing is counted twice and everything is reported in full.
The shortcut to return to Schedule C: Inside TurboTax, enter schedule c in the search box and select the Jump to link in the search results.

The entry appears to have been flagged because the automatic download from Uber and Lyft didn’t get transferred to my schedule C. Although it appeared to work right after the transfer (I saw the numbers) it was blank in the schedule c. I think this is a bug in your software. Each time I tried to manually input numbers during the “check this”, the entries wouldn’t populate the schedule c but the refund kept increasing.
I am now on a work trip so haven’t had a chance to return to my taxes so I do t know if your suggested fix is working or not.
I would suggest removing the Schedule C (be sure there is not more than one) and reentering. As KathrynG3 stated above, it could have possibly been entered twice. Please see the TurboTax Article below for instructions:
