2 member llc form 1065 2021 schedule b

finishing up my 2021 1065 and have 18 items to review then it takes me to schedule b and asks me yes or no ?'s starting with line 2. Did I do something wrong to end up here. At first the questions seemed straight forward but now i am concerned I have done something wrong and dont want to answer incorrectly

Everybody needs to answer the questions on the Sch B ... switch to the forms mode and review the questions and/or read the form instructions.

I am used to it asking interview type questions, I dont remember having to fill out things directly in the form. Did I do something wrong to end up there?
