Since I didn't file my state taxes with Turbo Tax and did it through my state's website instead,I want a refund of my state filing fees,how do I get it?

Yup,I paid via my Federal refund,but when I tried to file my state taxes,Turbo Tax wanted to charge me again,why should I have to pay again for a service I already paid for and already had the fees taken out of my Federal refund.

They also tried charging me again for the refund processing fee,that I had already paid for via my Federal refund.

You will need to contact TurboTax support for billing issues and for a refund of the account fee for the state program.

I went on the Facebook page and messaged them,they in turn gave me an email address,so I emailed them at the address they gave me.

All I know is if they give me the runaround,I go to the Better Business Bureau and they can explain themselves to them.

I really don't want to esclate this,but I will if I need to.
