You can file with Turbotax Online but if you have the software already downloaded to other computer, unless you still have the CD there is no way to access it.  To access previous tax forms you would have had to file on Turbotax Online with the Deluxe or higher for them to be saved in your Tax Timeline.  If you filed with Turbotax Desktop they would have been saved to the hard drive of that computer.  If you still cannot access them you can always contact the IRS for a free copy of your transcripts.  Please see link below:

If you used the Desktop version, you would need to sign back into your Intuit account and download the Turbo Tax Software to the new computer, and start over. The only way to save a version of your return on desktop would be to have a copy of the started return.

If you are using Turbo Tax Online, you can simply sign back in and pick up where you left off.

And if you used the Desktop program you need to have the data files ending in .tax2020, .tax2019 etc. to open in the program.  Did you make backups from the first computer?  You need the file ending in .tax2019 to transfer into 2020.

After you get the program reinstalled the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).
