Hello, since it was my first time doing my taxes. I forgot to input my W-2 forms into TurboTax, it said that I should be able to amend them soon, however, it also said that for a previous date and it got pushed back to that date and said the IRS is still processing. I just want to make sure I get my first and second stimulus and hope there weren't any more delays.

If you filled out the Recovery Rebate Credit worksheet, your stimulus amount will be included in your refund, even if you did your tax return is wrong.
The IRS has said it fix the Recovery Rebate Credit (stimulus), make the correction and continue processing your return. If a correction is needed, there may be a slight delay in processing your return and the IRS will send you a notice explaining any change made.
If you did not fill out that section, the IRS will not figure out the stimulus for you.
You will have to file an amended return.
A missing W-2 may delay your return. It's possible the IRS will correct your taxes and sent you the adjusted refund amount.
Otherwise file an amended tax return once you get your refund.
How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed
It shows that I got the max credit for both the first and second on the rebate section of my tax return. Is that the rebate work sheet you are talking about?
The Recovery Rebate Credit worksheet will show how much stimulus you received last year and how much is being added to your refund. I'm not sure what you mean when you say the max credit for both the first and second stimulus.
If you never received a payment, then lines 16 and 19 should be $0. If you got the full amount of both payments then the numbers should be $1,200 for line 16 and $600 for line 19.
Line 21 is the missing amount of stimulus that will be added to your refund as a Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 of Form 1040,
What happens if line 21 has $0 but line 30 has both of the stimulus checks?
If you do not have any taxable income after deducting the standard deduction and your tax is zero on line 24, Form 1040, you will still be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC) which includes both the first and second stimulus payments.
