Why was I not offered the refund advance? Can I still get it? I meet all requirements

Me other and i qualify don’t file with them until it gives you that option I did It last year and didn’t get it offered and filed but I’m sure I won’t be doing it this year if they can’t fix it

Here are a couple things to check:

• If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
• If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.

Is unfair to penalize the customer for selecting 5 days earlier in error. It's like 'that's what you get for not paying more to do it w/an 'expert'. So frustrated that there are no options to change that to get the refund advance after being accepted, and right after I gave my review, that TurboTax and CreditKarma were the dream team for me. It's not even an amendment, but a change in the CreditKarma refund method. Big mistake, HUGE!
