I filed mine in April and they still say processing. Now TurboTax wants to charge me money for the service they offered that stated it would be paid out of my refund. The delay in receiving my refund has also set back any stimulus check that would come. If I have not received the money for my taxes being done, why do I have to suddenly pay? IS there any indication to when the IRS will start receiving calls again, because I've attempted to contact them about my refund many times and it only says "processing". If there is no chance to get updates and my taxes are on hold, then what service and assistance did I pay for? Everytime I attempt to find a person to speak to for assistance on my taxes the tell me there is nothing TurboTax can do. Is this the expert assistance and service they want me to pay for out of packet when I haven't seen any real result yet? Why don't you start finding a way to take our requests for information to the people in charge and bury them in it so they have to answer. Why is it on us to talk to each other and couldn't I do that without paying Turbo for the "expert assistance".
Turbo Tax needs to get paid in a certain amount of time. You had to agree to it. What if the IRS keeps your refund for something or reduces it? You still need to pay Turbo Tax.
You can ask them to delay it.

I am still waiting on my refund and when do I get it?
The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
I filed mine in March and still I have yet to receive my refund or stimulus. But what I did was call the stimulus line [phone number removed] and asked about my stimulus. They said I had to wait till refund was processed so I asked to be transferred to check on status of refund. I waited at least a hour but I got though to someone for answers about my refund.
