We cannot see the rejection notice or transmission error you are getting. What does it say when you try to e-file the Form 1040X?

what year are you trying to e-file/ only a 2020 return that has successfully been e-filed is eligible for e-filing an amendment.

I filled out my 2021 tax return on TurboTax, but didn't file it. TurboTax desktop version does not work on my computer. How do I file the return?
