Looks like its back to normal I just checked mine and it's being processed.
Yesssss same. Thank you!!
It’s back to normal now no more “wrong information entered”.
This could mean the IRS's website hasn't updated since you filed your return. If you get the message "We cannot provide any information about your refund", that doesn't mean something's wrong. Please see the Turbo Tax FAQ below for more information regarding the Where's my refund message.
I have a similar situation. I filed Jan 27th, and my return was accepted Jan 30th, via email and the turbotax app. Since then, check my refund status says 'we cannot provide any information, please wait 24 hours for your return to be accepted, and the irs2go app says my information does not match. I've read all these comments and such, but my return was accepted 20 days ago.
Don’t worry, mine has done that too but it goes back to saying “Being Processed” the next day. My notifications on Where’s My Refund literally changed 6 times. First the 3 orange bars went away, then it said its being Processed, then it said something about the child tax credit, then it said something about the PATH ACT, then it said they literally couldn’t find my information, and then it went back to “Being Processed” so don’t worry everything is fine. I even called to check the status of my refund by phone due to it saying “no information is found” and by phone it says it’s being processed so I think checking by phone is more legit than online. If you use the browser version of where my refund instead, I noticed it has a lot more where you can put your information. For example, if it keeps saying your information is unavailable, it’ll have you put in the date you filed to look up your information, unlike the app which doesn’t let you. All in all, don’t worry. The irs is just horrible this year with there notification system but everything is fine if your information is dating is wrong. It’ll change back the next day or in about 2 to 3 days to “being Processed” 🙂 hope this helps!
The IRS states:
WHERE’S MY REFUND STATUS BARS DISAPPEARED
"We have gotten many comments and messages regarding the IRS Where’s My Refund Tool having your orange status bar disappearing. This has to do with the irs.gov where’s my refund site having too much traffic and lagging. This is causing images not to display and information about your federal tax return to not show up. This has happened every year since the tool was first available. This has nothing to do with you being flagged or your return being denied. Status Bars Disappeared for many Americans who filed early.
This also can have to do with your browser settings as well as your cache. Please try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Also, clear your cache in your browser settings."
When checking on the status of your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund (WMR) site, you may get the message: We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgment e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS.

Yea this is bull**bleep** I've entered everything right and how they keep saying to enter..just trust me on this one next year use H&R block or go to someone face to face because this is what we get for using this TurboTax crap save a headache instead of getting the run around from these clowns
I filed on the 13, I do have a watermark on my additional child tax credit form that reads “do not file , form not complete” but I got my acceptance email and on turbo homepage it say accepted federal and state , but it’s almost a month and i can’t use wmr because it comes back as you may have entered the wrong info and then once i click that it is correct it says we cannot provide any information about your refund. Everyone around me received their dates today and i still can’t even use wmr . It also says check with tax preparer and I’ve talked to several turbo tax specialists but they are telling me contact the IRS. I need some input please .
The IRS expects to issue most refunds in less than 21 days after being accepted. Turbotax gives an estimated date based on the IRS's 21 day timeframe. So it all depends on the IRS and how fast your tax return moves along in the system. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.
Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) may experience a refund hold. The IRS usually begins issuing tax refunds on returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit in late February.
Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act

When will I get my IRS tax refund?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
That’s exactly what is happening with me now. Did you find out what it was?
Mines is saying I entered wrong info when this whole time my info worked, why is it doing that
That happens from time to time and it is normal ... either you tried to many times in a 24 hour period and you are now locked out for 24 hours or your return is simply between departments and they have no current info on the return ... simply try again tomorrow.
