Why does my form say "Self employed" when almost all of my income is from an employer? Am I completing the wrong form?

The program version is called Self-Employed.  The form is still a 1040, it just includes a Schedule C and a Schedule SE that's calculated for the self-employment tax due on the profit from Schedule C.  Self-employment income is income reported to you on a 1099-MISC in Box 7.  If you have more than $400 of this type of income, you need the Self-Employed forms.
