Why did turbotax take away the option for the advance loan after i was prequalified and filed my return? It got rejected, so i fixed the issue and refiled but now no loan

After return was rejected i clicked fix now, fixed my return and refiled, was accepted but no mention of the advance loan nor option. I was already prequalified. Turbo tax did this on purpose.

Once the rejected e-file is fixed and you go through Step 2 of the File section of the return to re-file, you may have the option to select Refund Advance again providing that you still meet the eligibility requirements. If the Refund Advance option is no longer available, then unfortunately you no longer meet the requirements and will need to select a different refund option.

But nothing changed. I still recieved well over enough to qualify for the loan from my federal return. Turbotax took the option out and i believe its because i clicked the fix now link which put me in the regular turbo tax website instead of the advance refund website which has its own link. If you google turbo tax and youll get a turbotax link without the refund advance option and you'll get a turbo tax with the advance loan option as a link to start from. Since i was already prequalified and they kept my bank information to choose from, then they should of kept the advance refund option as well since i already signed everything for it. Thats why i believe it is turbotax's fault. Yall have way too many ways to access turbotax. You should only have 1 platform to be fair to everybody.  Charge with in for whatever but the whole system is messed up and i dont think I'll use turbotax again until they fix how you access their system. Im highly disappointed as nothing changed as far as my refund or eligibility.  This was an website issue with turbotax.  How would someone just unqualify and the option not even show up if nothing changed? The whole point is to give the option so you can qualify. That is not acceptable.

Not all consumers will qualify for a loan. You will not be eligible for the offer if:

  • Your physical address is located outside of the United States or is in a U.S. territory, is a PO box, or is located in a prison.
  • Your physical address or the tax returns you are filing is in Illinois, North Carolina, or Vermont.
  • You are less than 18 years old.
  • The tax return is on behalf of a deceased person.
  • You are filing certain IRS forms.
  • Your expected refund amount (minus any stimulus payment credit, also known as Recovery Rebate Credit) is less than $500.
  • You did not receive Forms W-2 or 1099-R or you are not reporting income on Sched C or Sched C-EZ.

As i have said nothing changed.  Im getting well over $2000 back in federal return, i have scedule c, i have none of the disqualifying forms, etc. This was a turbo tax problem. I was already prequalified and signed everything. Once i clicked the fix now button is when it changed.  The thing us when i fixed it, nothing changed all my stuff was the same.  Its how i logged onto the website.  I didn't go to the advanced refund loan link to access the website. I just logged onto the normal turbo tax website because i had already signed everything my account should have stayed the same. But it didn't. This is purely turbotax's error because they have too many ways to enter the website to log in. People can keep saying the same thing over and over but that doesn't mean you're right. If you login after entering the normal website link, you won't get the same offer as you would from logging in from the advance refund loan website, even tho you're account is accessible from both. That it all turbotax that causes the problem.  They need to fix the way people can enter their website to log in so everyone gets the same offers. Turbotax avoids taking responsibilities for any problem that their customers have and thats why they are poor excuse of a company.  Any other company will go out of their way to help a customer but turbo tax avoids their customers problems.  As you can see they through me in a community chat instead of talking to me. Not acceptable and i don't recommend them nor will i use them again next year.
