Where is my refund?

Why did I receive an email stating that TurboTax would deduct money from my account for their services?…Yet…their “services” have yet to produce a tax refund. The agreement was that the funds would be taken from my TAX RETURN, which I have YET TO RECEIVE and I have been waiting since March 3rd.  This is legal robbery.  The IRS gets my check before I do.  Taxes are always deducted from my payroll check prior to me getting a penny, yet, when it’s time for them to pay me MY MONEY all of a sudden there is a delay.  They are still “processing” my return and they have been doing so for MONTHS NOW.  It’s not fair, I would be arrested for not paying taxes, but they face ZERO consequences for not paying me….
