Where is my refund

Hi I filed my taxes on 2/2/22 and I selected the refund in 21 days. we are now over a month and I still have not heard anything. I called turbotax and the guy kris I spoke to said that I need to contact IRS. I did that and they told me I would need to contact turbotax. I called turbotax again and all I got was excuses and NO ANSWERS to where my refund is. The rep was just saying I understand and you just have to be patient and wait. I said well I have filed with you for years and this has never happened. He then said maybe I have a offset which I had already checked prior to and I don't have ANY offsets. I would like to know where my money is and I expect to get answer instead of excuses. I could see if I was the only one but this is happening to thousands of people and its only the ones who filed through turbotax. if turbotax doesn't make this right I will say you will lose a lot of business next year. Make this right. there are families who have struggled all year due to cover and this is money to help with bills and living expense and y'all holding our money making things worse!!

21 days is not a promise fromTurboTax or from the IRS.  It was an estimate based on the average time it takes to process a tax return. Some returns take longer to process than others.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

I've used turbotax for years and have never had this issue. I always get it in 21 days or less. I need answers not just links to avoid this. I want answers!!
