It depends on what option you chose to get your Federal refund--such as direct deposit to your bank checking account, direct deposit to a prepaid card or bank card (such as if you chose the option for Credit Karma MoneySpend Card), paper check in the mail, etc. It can also depends on whether you chose the "up to 5 days early" option.
You can look at the Federal Tax Return Summary page and the Filing Instructions page in your return to see what you chose. If you used Online TurboTax, here's how to get those pages:

NOTE: When you open your return interview back up, do not make any changes in it. If you ever have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as originally filed.
Also, if you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, the funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank would send the rest to your bank account (or card.) If you chose that option, we can tell you more about that and how to check on it.
What's the status of your refund? Has the IRS finished processing your return and sent the refund? You can check at the IRS "Where's My Refund Tool":
