We did not receive a stimulus check back in March 2021.  I called the IRS and was instructed to fill-out form 3911 to request a trace as to what happen to the check.  My question is, what is the contact # to inquire status of our inquest?

I need to complete a 3911 because my mailing address was incorrect on the tax form not knowing if your refund it to large they do not do direct deposit. So where do I send the form and can I use turbo tax to send the form?
