Where can I find my date of birth on the 1040-SR tax return form?

Dates of birth are not listed on Form 1040 or Form 1040-SR. There are only your Federal Information Worksheet, which does not go to the IRS. 

Some tax deductions and credits are dependent of age so TurboTax needs this information to prepare a complete and accurate income tax return.

The IRS has access to your Social Security records so it knows when you were born.

Do you think the date is wrong?  Go to My Info to check and fix it.  If Turbo Tax printed out a 1040 SR form that means you or your spouse is 65 or older.
