What is taking so long with my tax return I was supposed to get it 5 days ago and I checked the where's my refund and it's still under review. I'm started to get annoyed. What is taking so long?

If you have checked the Where's My Refund? site and you do show a direct deposit date, it should also show you want to do in case you don't receive your refund within a certain amount of days. You would want to contact your financial institution and then you can also call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.
