Did that person claim your dependents on their tax return and use their Social Security numbers?
No we claimed different dependents they just moved in with me the last two months and wasn’t thinking to use their address they was living in all year
If they used the wrong address, then they would need to amend their return. However, unless they claimed your dependents, then it would not affect your tax return.
If they did claim your dependents, then you will need to print and mail your return as it will be rejected for duplicate use of a social security number. They will need to amend their return to remove the dependents, however, this will take quite a while so you won't be able to e-file.
I see on another post you mention it is your spouse that is also filing? If that is the case, NEITHER OF YOU can claim head of household.

@Rhodes1105 It should be fine. And they were not supposed to put an old address on their tax return. They have to use the address where they want to receive mail NOW from the IRS so that if the IRS sends a letter or a check it goes to the right address.
Ok thanks I was wondering would one of us get denied or rejected we have no problem fixing it but was hoping to get the money first then fix it and just pay it back instead of us having to amend and wait 16 weeks for the money
Ok I was wondering with of us both claiming head of household will they reject one of us we have no problem amending it but was hoping to get the money first then just amend and pay back instead of having to amend and wait months and months recally need this money now tough year:(

The IRS is not using your address to determine whether your e-file is rejected or accepted.
I’m sorry I meant approved it’s been accepted

If your return has been accepted then all you do now is wait for the IRS to process it. TurboTax is not going to receive any information about your accepted tax return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

@xmasbaby0 Yes I have all that info I’m just wondering will the fact of us claiming head of household at the same address cause us to get denied or flagged or have to wait months and months to get our money
Again---- the address should not be a problem. But you are asking us to use a crystal ball and predict what the IRS will do with your return. We do not have one. Track your refund on the IRS site.
