What exactly is the point of cutting and pasting this information from the IRS website? I have been waiting over 82 days since I filed electronically using TT. This does not provide any information per when taxpayers and users of TT are going to receive their refunds. I would be really ticked off if my return was flagged for human review solely because all TT returns from early filers were automatically sent to manual processing due to recover rebate.
How do you request a transcript?
@Sboston2 go to https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript (or go their homepage and there's a link for get a transcript).
If you don't have a username and password you'll have to create one. You'll need:
It's fairly quick.
You can create an online account with the IRS at the following link. Once created you can get transcripts there.
My refund was accepted Feb 25th and still saying it’s processing with no refund date. Today is May 6th. I did have EIC but this is ridiculous. We make less than 30k a year so it’s not a complicated return for us. They are just way way behind.
This is not surprising because of the pandemic. It's taken longer than usual because of the COVID pandemic. Log in here to periodically check your refund status.
@BenMary1991 Mine was accepted by TurboTax and IRS on February 16th. No refund date yet. I’m qualified for all 3 stimulus checks that I never received any of them. So I had to do taxes to claim the first and second stimulus checks. It’s been 3 months already since then and still nothing. I’m just hoping that they will send me my refund with the third stimulus check too. Instead of doing the same thing I just did for the other two stimulus checks

I have been getting that same response for almost three months. What can I do.
@Omentha55 That is a really long time to be processing with no letter from the IRS. The IRS is hard to contact, see this. You need to try and get through though since 3 months with no letter is too long. Call 800-829-1040 / 800 729 1954 and don't push buttons. Do not push refund information. Do not put in your social. The system will take you to a person, once you are able to get the IRS to answer. Good luck.
Mine will be 3 months old next week. Got ahold of IRS. They said it is in the system but the call center knows little more. Said I should check back in another month or so if nothing shows up before then.
Your tax return is still being processed a refund date will be provided when available
Where do i get my local advocates number?
Thank you but i can never get a live person

If you continue to have no luck reaching the IRS, you can try contacting the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for your area. They are especially prone to help if you have an economic hardship, or if there have been continued delays with lack of info from the IRS. At the following IRS website, scroll down a bit and find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate. If the Taxpayer Advocate can't/won't help you, ask them to transfer you to an an IRS agent. A couple of users reported that at least for them, that was a backdoor route to the IRS.
