What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

YeA same problem I filed 02/06/2020 it was accepted the 7th the state got there.money  but  I still haven't gotten anything I keep calling the card tt and there's no money and TurboTax is hounding me abouthe money what the hell

My 45 days is way past up still no date i did get a stimulus but danng i need my money is there a way to speak with a person also i called the TAS here in NC it was busy alll day..

I filed March 2 electronically.  

I had to file with 2 diffefent states because I moved.  It was rejected electronically a half hour later "because EID'S didn't match!  Fine,  I filed by paper,  figuring,  let them figure out the dam EID'S! 

I received the refunds from the 2 states I filed in,  they didn't have a problem with the numbers!  Federal? Can't even find my info even though I gave them the correct info! Go figure that one out.  The IRS is F'd up!!!

I filed 4-1-20. It's still saying still processing.  And the get my payment app is saying not enough info.  Why is this.

I will never use them again. They took my money and not just once, but twice. Plus, it was much more than what is was quoted to me. I received an email that not just $93 , but another $130 was being taken out on the following Friday. They already owed me money. I said, do not take anymore money out of my checking, but they did. Angry to say the least. Still no refund. And, Never to recommend them to anyone. Very shady business to say the least.

Not very happy and this has caused a set back for me. Not only did Kansas take my state refund, intuit took their money as well and the irs has still not processed my 2019 tax return and it was filed and excepted way back at the beginning of Feb. It was funny how they sent out a stimulus but not my tax return and I'm still waiting. Bill's are over due my business is not open I'm making rent payments and I can't run my business, and I also work in healthcare where they are barely supplying  proper PPE equipment and I had to resort to buying my own just to stay safe. Can I please get my tax returns.

I’m wondering the same thing. I efiled February 8th. Still haven’t received stimulus or my tax return. I will Never again use turbo. I filed the last three years. Same address, same bank account. Oh and turbo got their money! Yah
