I've been getting the say thing since 3/27. No nothing. And they won't let me put any information in . please help any suggestions I'm about to be homeless
I've been waiting since February as well. I received a letter stating my return was "being held for review " and it would take an extra 60 days.... that was 61 days ago and absolutely nothing has changed and no more info has been given.
Same thing with me. Filed with turbo tax in Feb. Was accepted by IRS Feb 13. I still have yet to recieve my refund. It says its still been processed. Nothing was wrong on my end.
Try contacting your local tax payer advocate office and leave a message explaining your hardship. They say it typucally takes 3 days to return your call because they are working from home. Im still waiting on them to retuen my phone call. It is possibly different for every state.
I had to do the same thing about 8662 the insurance 1095 and it showed they received it now I am stuck in limbo it just says the same thing being processed so their for no more turbo tax after tgis this😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🎉
I have the exact same issue, and nothing has changed....I don't know what to do
IRS freefile through TurboTax
Tomorrow will be the 9 week hold for oir tax return. I have a feeling I wont get our refund till this virus bull**bleep** is over. We have a newborn coming next month and was really counting on that miney to get everything for him. We received the state refund 2 weeks afrer it being accepted but then due to EITC I received a letter to verify ID. Did that and guy told us everything was cleared annwe will need to wait 9weeks. IRS isnt doing anything to help. Ww pretty much just figured we wont receive our taxes till august. This lockdown was a political move to begin with and now its screwing the very people that keep this country going. Im done using turbo tax. Last year..
Is it okay to fax tax copy with confidential details to them??
Actually I didn't receive tax refund since long so thought fax them tax return copy with request letter to expedite tax refund.
Will it be okay???
I mean you could try if they have a fax number but idk. I wouldnt trust it. We are all screwed on taxes right now it seems. Itll be time to file next yr taxes it seems before we get this yrs
Ditto TurboTax did not ask me for my 1095A either so my 8962 was not generated. Efiled Feb 1st IRS contacted me Feb 26th mailed in my 8962 and 1095A and mine still says processing. This is ridiculous they could have atleast a few people answering the phone at the call center....I am livid still no Fed tax refund. Yet the state has taken theirs out of it!!!😠
The same happened to me. I was missing that form as well and Turbo Tax didn't catch it. Have not received my taxes and who knows when I will. They were very quick to charge me because they were to pull the $120 processing fee from my taxes. No refund but they still charged me. No more turbo tax! I gave them many years of loyalty but no more!
I chose to have the fee taken out of my refund. I haven't received the refund yet. So I'm getting notices that say my account will be charged for the fee. So, will the fee be taken from my account and from my refund

No. The federal refund being delayed means the TurboTax account fees have not been paid. When your account is debited for the fees then the refund will not used for the TurboTax fees.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for payment of the TurboTax account fees when the federal tax refund has been delayed - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...
The fees were debited from my account even though i requested it to come from my return. So yes they will
