I filed my IRS return before the extension of the pay date to June and now July, but was not paying my taxes until April 10. Once the delay was authorized, I canceled the payment. Now, as I prepare to send my payment, what do I send along with the check? I received notice that IRS accepted the Turbo tax filing in early February.

If you are going to mail a check for the federal taxes owed, then all you need to include is the Payment Voucher, Form 1040-V.
Or you can use the IRS website for payment with Direct Pay to pay by direct debit from your bank account - https://www.irs.gov/payments
