@MaryZ03 You have posted in five threads so far--and you are just getting us and yourself confused.  We do not know what you did.  We cannot see your tax return or access your account.  Please do not start any more new threads.  It sounds very much as if you have used the wrong software.  If you used the online program in December 2019 for a 2018 return you cannot file it or it will be completely wrong.  Please click Reply in one of your threads and tell us what you used to prepare a return so we can tell you what to do next.
