Y’all keep sending me an email of a remaining balance I owe y’all and I haven’t even gotten them yet. I’m not paying something I don’t have. I have to verify myself this coming week

That's exactly why. The IRS hasn't sent the refund yet but Turbo Tax still needs to be paid, you had to agree to it.

See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.
