Using TT online, can I save 2 different versions of my tax preparation? I prepared our taxes. Now wife wife wants to do it, print, and compare her results with mine.

The only way to do that would be to have two different accounts -- and you cannot print with online TurboTax unless you pay first. What you want to do would be much more cost effective and easier to do with desktop software. If you use desktop software you can prepare multiple returns and compare.
