TurboTax does not prepare your transcript. Your transcript came from the IRS.
Truly have no idea what you are talking about. Transcripts only come from the IRS. The IRS does not transfer them to TurboTax and transcripts are not "posted" on TurboTax. You can look at a copy of your tax return in your account---which is NOT a transcript. It sounds like you may be confused about what you are calling a transcript. What was the actual problem? What numbers did not match that have you upset?
Do you have more than one account? It sounds like you might have started your return in one account and then actually finished and filed in another account---that does happen sometimes because people forget how to access accounts. Did you start a return and only enter a small income then start over later in a different account?
Look to see if you have another account that has the right amounts in it. Your 2019 AGI---if that is what this is all about---is on line 8b of the return that you filed.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

So what numbers do you think were messed up? The data in a tax return in this do-it-yourself software is entered by the user. We cannot see your return or your account so we still do not understand what happened or why you are upset.
This is not customer support. This is the public user forum. I am another user who tries to help....not a TT employee. You probably do not want to talk to customer support again---but to get to the bottom of what happened you will need to do that. We have no way here to look at your return or your account. When you prepared your 2020 return did you transfer the 2019 tax file? Were you able to e-file your 2020 return?
