Hello, I changed my number and turbo tax won’t let me in my account. I forgot my password and it won’t let me sign in.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

If you don't have access to the phone to get a code    then click on the SIGN IN A DIFFERENT WAY link  to choose another option.

Then when you access the account  make sure to update that information ...
