I filed on January 19. TurboTax stated it was accepted same day. It is now March 26, and the IRS states that the return has still not been accepted. I am unable to contact TurboTax for guidance on why their stated accepted date differs from the IRS. Was my return even submitted? What can I do about this?

I followed the instructions, and the chat was automated, even when I typed Talk to a specialist. Then, they provided a phone number, which was the same number I had previously called, and it was also automated. There was no option to enter the support ID provided, and the automated number would not connect me to a real person. I have paid for the premier package, so I do not understand why there is no way to get support from an actual person.
To provide a final update on this case, I followed the instructions provided by TurboTax staff, which did not get me in touch with an actual agent. Then I called the phone number and was on hold for an hour. Finally, got in touch with someone who initially stated that TurboTax had not submitted my tax return, that it was still "in progress", but that somewhere else in her records, it showed that the return was accepted. Then she quickly backpedaled and stated that the return was definitely accepted. I informed her that, per the IRS, the return was not accepted. When I asked her to provide additional information on where TurboTax got the information that the return was accepted, since it was not accepted, she hung up on me. I've been a TurboTax customer for over a decade and paid for premium support every year without needing it. Now that I've finally experienced the "premium support", I am terminating my customer relationship with TurboTax and Intuit indefinitely.
So did you try Efiling it again? If it rejects as a Duplicate then you know the first one went though. How do you know the IRS doesn't have it? Did you talk to them on the phone? You can't go by the IRS Where's my refund lookup. That is wrong a lot and usually says not found. It doesn't always work right.
