I just went to e-file my taxes (submitted extension request back in April) today (Oct 16th). While everything says the deadline is 10/17, and there's no reference to Turbotax stopping it early, Turbotax says that the deadline to efile was October 15th, and thus I have to file by mail. I assume it is probably a glitch in the software. It makes no sense that they would stop e-filing 2 days before the actual filing deadline. Does anyone know how to reach Support to see if they will fix the problem? I really want to avoid filing by mail if I don't have to.
Thanks!
