TurboTax product online refund

Yes I talked to a representive about refund and issued me my refund on 02/07/22 but he didn't tell me how long it would it take & Is there  any way to keep track of it and  will you  get email saying a refund was issued or does that work lost in the dark  !!;

TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return.  No, you will not get an email.   You have to track your own refund on the IRS/state refund sites and watch your own bank account.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Thank you for replying  I was talking about when you file I paid on accident  $199 for filing way to much for my little refund but on called customer service rep  day ago he told they would refund me the $199 sense I was rejected and just happended the day before said it would go back on my card but didn't say how long processing time was or when just didn't know once processing starts will I get notice about my refund or any way to track it
