Turbotax closed my card, now I can't get my stimulus check?

When I finally got back into my account, my money was gone. There was no issue other than you all really are thieves!

@cpearl1979 TurboTax has nothing to do with your "card." If you have a credit/debit card then it was issued by a bank. TurboTax is not a bank. TurboTax provided you with the software to prepare a tax return. You chose to have your refund put on a card.

Your issue is with the bank that provided you with the card. Look on the back of your card for that banks 800 number and call them.
