Same thing has happened to me. Did you get anything worked out? Have you received your refund?
If TPG shows they have been funded, you would need to contact them here in order to see when the refund will be released. @Owena94
Same things happened to me except I’ve only gotten $186 back and my refund was way higher than that. I’m starting to get irritated because I just want my refund. Definitely not doing turbo tax again next year.
Please see this link to contact SBTPG.

@Hannah37
You need to file and send them an indemnity form for them to resend the check. Call them and make sure while you are on the phone you get the email before you hang up. Because the person on the phone has to contact someone else via message to get the email sent to you.
Please send some form of contact that will actually help me get some answers.
And then wait another ridiculous amount of time to HOPEFULLY get my money?
Curious to know if you ever got your check? They received mine 2/33 and it's 5/2 and still nothing.
Has anyone notarized indemnity bond & email it actually receive your refund cashiers check and was it for the correct amount that you put on the form?
How can I join the lawsuit?
@Ni17 You do not "join" a lawsuit. The affected users who had incomes of $34,000 or less who started in the Free Edition and were upgraded to a higher paid version between 2016 and 2018 will automatically receive a payment of about $30 per each year they were affected. You do not have to "sign up" if you were one of the affected users.
What's the purpose of this form? If I agreed to have my turbo filing fees to be paid for by your bankers which agreement was to direct deposit my refund into my checking account. STPG said that turbo gave them the wrong routing number so they mailed an cashiers check. It's been three months and I haven't received anything. Error isn't on my end( not my fault). So why the need to pay more Money to notarize this form and email it. Which rep said to email it to a total different email then what's on the form. If I was to notarize this paper then the fault is on me if I end up not receiving the check then what?????....
Sounds to me like I need a lawyer to recover my refund that's not couple hundred dollars it's a couple thousand dollars
Breach agreement, what can you say about this turbo
That’s what I found out after the money wasn’t deposited into my account, rescanned all my #’s for account and routing and somehow an extra # was generated on my account # on the TT filing. Finally got through the other day to IRS, TT and then TPG only to find out they sent a check in the mail on March 2, it is now May 21 and nothing. TPG sent me a form to cancel that check that I never received and re issue a new one! If you go back to your original filing form you will see that either the account # or routing # is off slightly, these #’s where already present on the TT filing form, I failed to check # for # resulting in my refund not being deposited and instead a check sent out that was never sent out! Holding the money for the interest gains sounds like it to me! I’ll never use Turbo Tax again! Not even sure wen or if I’ll ever get my money...$5,500...for the record. I’m contacting my local news station that investigates these kinds of matters, hopefully to expose and shut down an operation such as this one! Unbelievable, thought it was only me.
