I filed with you guys in 2022 for my 2021 return and spent what feels like a YEAR trying to track this money down. You guys and your 3rd party bank that cant be reached transfered my state return just fine into my checking account but apparently not my federal. not only did you guys not send it to the bank account but now its being held by this 3rd party and it makes me sick that you guys claim no responsibility when this is happening to many people unresolved. So how do i contact them? cause its NOT [phone number removed] and its NOT [phone number removed] as these systems Purpopsly tell me my SS# is wrong and hang up providing no further assistance and if you dont have an answer how is anyone supposed to trust filing with you guys? when you provided the option of having our fees deducted and nothing states it will be transferred within 3rd parties per IRS who might subject to withold entire Tax return at will?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

@Cfeliz1995 And....have you checked to make sure the IRS actually issued your refund? Maybe the IRS did not process your return yet. There have been lots of delays for 2021 returns. What does the IRS refund site say about your 2021 refund?
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
