Trying to amend 2023 tax return - not working

Hi,

I am trying to online amend my 2023 taxes to add a 1099 onto it.  However, when I click on the blue "Amend using TurboTax Online" button, it doesn't do anything.  What am I doing wrong?

If that does not clear the problem and change your web browser to one of this that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge

I am having the same problem and no browser or clearing of data changes the issue. The button is not working. How do I file an amended 2023 return?

I have cleared cache/cookies in both edge and chrome, but the button does not work in either browser.

The desktop button doesn't work.  Tried mult browsers, cleared cookies/cache, etc.  Called support.  What we ended up trying and this worked:  You can amend it on a phone browser.  The "Amend online" button works on the phone, but not on the desktop version.  Frustrating, but at least it's a work around.
