21 days was not a promise. Some refunds take longer.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Ok, thanks. I'm familiar with the website, and I was simply wondering if any others have seen their status on the "Track my Refund" site change from showing the bar from "Refund Processed" and pending "Refund Approved", to this new message just today on the website that now says "Your tax return is still being processed." Does this message change ~3 weeks after filing/acceptance mean anything, or is it standard language since they are not meeting their 21 day timeline?
