The transcript will not have the unemployment compensation exclusion.

The IRS is calculating the tax refunds for the unemployment compensation exclusion for those that are eligible.  The IRS started sending refunds in May and will continue the refunds in batches throughout the next several months.

So I have a cycle code of 20220805 and a 846 code showing 3/2/2022 so I should get my deposit Tuesday??

I actually tried that and it had somebody else’s email on it it was really weird so I don’t know what to do that was not my email

I talked to a lady from Turbotax yesterday , I’m just trying to figure out why I haven’t got my refund yet when it was accepted on the 3rd  and it says tax topic 152 and there’s a delay, i’ve never had to wait this long me and my husband usually file together but this year we’re filing married filing separately but everyone saying that has nothing to do with it so I’m just kind of wondering if I did something wrong or if there was a mad error or something. So confused!

Yes they absolutely tell you when you’ll get your refund..in-fact it’s more reliable then WMR,so that is an incorrect answer.

Hello, so on my account transcript at the top it has a date but I don’t have the code 846 yet & if hasn’t changed, someone told me that that would be the day that I would get it because next to the date it says processing on the left side just wondering if you could tell me if that was true if you know

I got my  account transcripts in the mail and it’s still not updated and I don’t have the code 846 but on my account transcript at the top where it says what refund I’m getting there is a date into the left it says processing so is that the day that I will be getting it?

The IRS will send you a letter regarding the codes you are showing. If you would like additional information regarding the codes prior to receiving the letter, please contact the IRS directly.
