I purchased 5 states tax returns. only three were filed. Would like a refund.

Purchased Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, New York and Pennsylvania. Only three needed to be filed. I feel like I did what I was prompted to do. Refund?

Request for refunds should be directed  to TT Support. https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/  use the term “billing issues” in the question box, not "Refund" or it will just give you the IRS phone number to check your refund status.
