The number on the back of the card is BS. I’ve sat waiting all over 45 mins each time and than it just hangs up. And every time I call back and choose to speak to a representative, the stupid automatic message won’t do it. Never again with this stupid card. I’ll stick to direct deposit next year.

Just purchase a money order with the card. Like you would purchase any other thing. Money orders go up to 1000.00. make it to yourself.

NEVER AGAIN!  It was a Nightmare.  I eventually tried @tbentz6 suggestion and that did work FINALLY
 I went to Wal-Mart and was charged a fee each 1000 I took out which was 3.74 per transaction.  I was able to take out over the 3000. The phone number to reach these people is as if it's a scam.  Hope this helps someone else.

Just go to the money center if it has that. Just buy a regular money order up to 1000.00 with your card. Buy them separately if you are getting more than 1000.00

@zakailewis you go in the line where you get money orders or cash your check.  They have the keypad where you can enter your pin number.  The other banks don't have that ability.  They can only run it as a credit card... not debit.  That's why it gets declined when you try to use a teller at a bank.

Yep thats close to what I figured out today! I went to two different banks and both of them said that they couldn't do it that it declined my card. I called the number on the back of the card numerous times and every time I opted for a customer representative it kept hanging up on me.. So I went to the currency exchange and you can use a debit card to purchase cashier checks. So I had to buy two separate cashier checks to pull out enough money to pay for my used car, it ended up costing me an extra $50 just to pull it out. But it worked!!

Turbo tax only printed my husbands name on our card, can I still purchase money orders with the card too? Or no since my name isn’t on the actual card. They refuse to send another card with me name. Makes no sense since we file taxes TOGETHER. I hate to make a trip for them to tell me know since my name isn’t on the debit card

You can use his card. If you have the cards pin number. Just slide on through the machine like any other card. Me and my wife use each other bank cards all the time. Nobody ever asks for IDs

Wire yourself the money via Western Union. Max is 7500.00 ..well youll have to wire to somebody of course that u trust. And take it out..pay via debit..thats what i did..ill never use this card again

This card is bogus and they keep hanging up on me when I call,I can't get thru to anybody..it's like they knew..but I'm glad to hear I can go to walmart..thank heavens,I'm buying a cat in a cpl days,n $500/a day ain't gonna do it..
