State tax will not print. Florida does not require state tax. I would like a refund I was charged for state form if it wont print and not required.

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st. 

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608

If you paid for a return that you do not need, contact customer support.
