Sorry if not explained correctly.  I used my wife's account for direct deposit, but since it's not a joint account they rejected my federal refund,  but accepted my state which is different.  So I'm desperately waiting on mailed return

@Gander1211 No one at TT can give you an exact date.   The IRS will mail a check to you via first class mail, so watch your mailbox.

Depends.. I filed through turbo tax and the bank rejected mine on Feb 24 but since TurboTax uses a third party bank Santa Barbara Tax Products Group , I called on 3/1 and they told me a check would issued to me in 7-10 business days… currently still waiting on it

No I wish.. it’s still telling me the deposit was made and in my bank account and I’m still waiting on a check bc my bank rejected it

I spoke to a support person regarding the extra fees charged when I only selected the basic plan which should be free.

I was told I will get a refund that will take 4-6 weeks. Can someone reach out to me and confirm if the refund has been submitted? is it a real thing?

This is mainly a user community forum.   Nothing account-specific can be handled here, and TurboTax Support does not normally contact people through the forum.  So no one here is likely to know anything about your specific refund request.

If you end up needing to call them back, have your support incident number for them, if possible.

No, it happened to me as well. I entered my banking information correctly, it was not entered correctly, so I have no idea why there's one number missing on my account information. Unfortunately, there's no way to correct or edit your checking account information once you submit your checking account information to the IRS. I have heard that it may take 1-3 weeks to receive a tax refund when this unforeseen and unfortunate mistake is made on ones tax form. I am not optimistic about receiving my refund soon. On the IRS website it states that some checks may take 4-6 weeks to be received. I don't know about you but I needed that money yesterday. Hope you receive your refund soon.
