Why can't I get a printout without a watermark to mail my Illinois taxes, especially since I'm paying for it?

The actual final IL forms will not be allowed to be printed until after the end of the month

...same thing happened last year when e-filing was allowed before IL paper files were allowed to be printed...only it was far worse last year..

Some time after 1 Feb, you may have to "Add a State" and go to the Print Center to get it without the watermarks...

(All kinds of foolish crap happens if you file in January...NEVER file in January)
